THE EASTER EXPERIENCE
The Easter Experience is coming to All Saints' Church, New Longton this Easter!
An interactive retelling of the Easter Story. Come and walk through five key holy week scenes, from Jesus’ triumphal entry to Jerusalem, to the empty tomb of his resurrection a week later. There will be lots to see, hear, and do along the way, bringing alive the epic events at the crux of history.
This event is open to all ages and entrance is free of charge (although donations are welcome!)
Opening dates & times:
Thursday 17th – Saturday 19th April - 12-2pm
EASTER SUNDAY* - 11.30am-1.30pm (following Easter Services, with a free easter egg hunt)
EASTER MONDAY - 12-2pm*Easter Sunday opening will be self-guided, without the witnesses in each room

Palm Sunday
At 10.30, we will gather on the lawn at All Saints' with our friends from Hope Methodist Church and all together, with our palm branches, process to Hope for an all age worship (non-Eucharistic)

MAUNDY THURSDAY
Join us for our Maundy Thursday Eucharist in church from 7-8pm.
Following this, we will move into our 'Garden of Gethsemane' for the 1 hour Watch. -
Service of the Cross
On Good Friday, we will gather in church for the Service of the Cross.
At 4pm, there will be an opportunity to join Rev'd Tom for Confession. -
Tenebrae
This year we will have our first Tenebrae service on Good Friday. This ancient and dramatic service features a gradual extinguishing of candles until almost complete darkness.

Dawn Vigil
This dawn service will take place outside in our new anniversary garden, with readings by firelight as we welcome the sunrise on Easter Day.

Easter Services
Celebrate Easter at All Saints' Church, with our Easter services

Our 9am Eucharist will feature hymns, with coffee afterwards.Our 10.30am Family Eucharist will be followed by a glass of prosecco, a free children's Easter Egg hunt and a chance to explore the 5 scenes of our Easter Experience*!
*No witnesses will be available on Easter Sunday (it will be self-guided today)
We highly recommend visiting the Easter Experience on another day too, for the full walkthrough with our fantastic witnesses on hand to guide you.
