Diocesan policy is now that only those in Year 6 or older may be confirmed. If you or your child would like to be prepared for confirmation, you must get in touch with Rev'd Tom as soon as possible.

Confirmation preparation classes will run for 30mins every Tuesday afternoon during term time, from Tuesday 10th September, 3:30pm - 4pm at church (in the Lady Chapel). Your child can join a walking bus if you would like (contact us for details). They will be given a snack and drink on arrival. At 4pm, your child can either go straight home, or join in the games at Young Saints until the end at 4:45pm.

Confirmation candidates are warmly encouraged to come on our residential youth and children's holiday at Bowley Scout camp during October half term (Monday 21st-Wednesday 23rd) as part of their preparation, but we know that many families will have holidays booked, so it is not required.

In addition, confirmation candidates are expected to attend church on Sundays at least 4x between September 8th and November 10th inclusive (10 weeks). The 9am service finishes by 9:40am and may therefore be more suitable for those who have a sporting commitment later in the morning; but the 10:30am service is more geared towards children.
